To deepen its presence in Europe and surrounding markets, a Russian customer delegation visited Jianya Technology on October 18th. The delegation toured the brand showroom, assembly, and quality inspection areas, and completed static reviews and dynamic test rides of several mid-to-large displacement cruiser models on the factory test track. In-depth discussions focused on topics such as cold-weather adaptability, after-sales service, and channel collaboration.

A Comprehensive Understanding of Jianya and Its Product Matrix

At the reception, our company introduced its development history and product portfolio: Founded in August 2020, the company has long focused on core technologies for high-end mid-to-large displacement motorcycles, new energy motorcycles, and engines, with an annual production of nearly 200,000 units. It has established a product portfolio centered on large-displacement custom motorcycles and supplemented by a diverse range of conventional motorcycles. Its sales network covers both domestic and international markets. The company has obtained 21 intellectual property rights, including inventions, utility models, and design patents, and has been designated a provincial-level specialized, refined, and innovative enterprise.

Smart Manufacturing and Quality Strength

The delegation focused on visiting our company's full-process smart manufacturing system. We have launched a new digital factory with an investment exceeding 100 million yuan, integrating the latest intelligent production equipment to form a platform integrating design and development, comprehensive management, calibration and testing, and intelligent production. The production line is equipped with four intelligent RGV production lines and 50 fully automated robotic arms. The frame and paint shops operate in tandem, with an annual production capacity of up to one million units.

In terms of quality, the customer closely inspected the vehicle's performance and key processes, including the ABS testing line, incoming material zoning, frame welding, correction, and painting. Our company adheres to strict process control to ensure that every vehicle is delivered to the highest standards.

Test Ride and Technical Discussion Highlights

During the test ride, the customer provided professional feedback on starting response, low-end torque output, braking feel, suspension comfort, and riding ergonomics. Taking into account the Russian winter and slippery road conditions, the two sides focused on discussing low-temperature cold start strategies, tire and brake matching, ABS calibration for low-grip surfaces, and comfort options such as heated handlebars. Our company introduced our professional road test site, located approximately eight kilometers from our factory and covering approximately 200 mu (approximately 1,000 acres), capable of conducting multi-road verification and data collection, supporting subsequent localized calibration work.

Compliance Certification and Delivery Assurance

Customers expressed concern about our certification and quality systems. We have established a comprehensive quality management and compliance system, possessing ISO9001 certification and other certification capabilities. We continuously implement European and other regional standards across our vehicle platforms to meet market access requirements.

In addition, our in-house engine plant has an annual production capacity of 200,000 units, providing a solid foundation for overseas volume orders and continuous supply.

Exchange Outcomes and Next Steps

• Agreed on product localization directions for Russian market usage scenarios, jointly promoting low-temperature cold start, ABS low-adhesion calibration, and comfort option packages.

• Clearly defined the execution schedule for spare parts supply, technical training, and after-sales network development to improve delivery and maintenance efficiency.

• Planned a timeline for prototype verification, trial sales batches, and channel promotion, and implemented targeted optimizations based on test track data.

During this visit, Russian customers expressed high recognition for Jianya's intelligent manufacturing, quality control, and rapid R&D and verification. Going forward, Jianya will continue to adhere to a high-end customized R&D approach, leveraging its digital factory and testing system to provide global customers with higher-quality, more reliable products and services.
